Terms

FOR AFRIDIGITALS LIMITED

1. Payment Terms:

1.1. Initial Payment: For all web design and development projects, a non-refundable initial payment of 95% of the total project cost is due upon project commencement. This payment covers project initiation and resource allocation.

1.2. Milestone Payments: Additional milestone payments may be required throughout the project as mutually agreed upon between the Organisation and the client. These milestone payments will be specified in the project proposal or contract.

1.3. Final Payment: The final payment, covering the remaining balance of the project cost, is due upon successful first launch of the project. The project will not be considered complete until the final payment is received.

2. Payment Methods:

2.1. Afridigitals Limited accepts payments via Accepted Payment Methods, including  bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and online payment gateways.

3. Late Payments:

3.1. If a client fails to make a payment by the agreed-upon due date, a late fee of 50% of the overdue amount will be applied for each day that the payment is late.

4. Project Ownership and Rights:

4.1. Ownership of the project will be transferred to the client upon receipt of the final payment.

4.2. Until the final payment is received, Afridigitals Limited retains ownership of all project materials and reserves the right to withhold or suspend project delivery and access to project files.

5. Refunds and Cancellations:

5.1. The initial payment made by the client is non-refundable.

5.2. In the event that a project is canceled by the client before completion, Afridigitals Limited will retain the initial payment and any milestone payments made up to that point. Additional fees may apply for work completed beyond the initial payment.

6. Project Revisions:

6.1. Limited revisions are included in the project cost, as specified in the project proposal or contract. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur additional charges.

7. Taxes:

7.1. All applicable taxes, including Value Added Tax (VAT) or other relevant taxes, will be added to the project cost and invoiced to the client.

8. Confidentiality:

8.1. Afridigitals Limited will maintain the confidentiality of all client information, project details, and materials provided.

9. Dispute Resolution:

9.1. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiations to reach an amicable resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to mediation or arbitration in accordance with Arbitration Organization rules.

10. Changes to Payment Terms:

10.1.Afridigitals Limited reserves the right to update or modify these payment terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.

By engaging in a project with Afridigitals Limited, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Payment Terms and Conditions.
